Kim Fry has been a REALTOR for ten years. She has lived in the area for 20 years. Her University degree is in nursing and she spent several years serving the needs of newborn infants at Parkland Hospital. She has worked the residential markets in Lewisville, Flower Mound, Carrollton, Plano, Euless, Southlake, Allen, Frisco, The Colony, Dallas, Coppell...you name it. She has also worked with commercial real estate, including undeveloped land (golf course), strip centers and individual businesses. Much of her business comes through "word of mouth" referrals because of her outstanding service and the support she provides to her clients. Tom Fry received his Bachelor's Degree from University of Cincinnati in Accounting and received his Texas CPA certificate in 1979. Over the past 25 years, he has worked in Senior Executive positions for technology companies in Sales, Marketing and Finance and as President and CEO. He has worked with a Fortune 100 company and small startups. He understands the needs and challenges of busy executives who must tend to business while relocating the family to their next dream home. He has assisted Kim for the last 7 years, has been a REALTOR for over 4 years and currently holds a Broker license.
